Conveniently located in the heart of the GTA, Bayview Golf & Country Club offers more than just an impeccable golf experience. The renowned club includes tennis, curling, fitness, dining and a 13,000 square foot swimming complex. Originally designed by Canadian Golf Hall of Fame architect Robbie Robinson and renovated by course designer Doug Carrick, the course is repetitively ranked one of the top 100 courses in Canada.

The club recently renovated their clubhouse both indoors and out. From high definition golf simulators to a state-of-the-art fitness facility and revamped aquatic complex, Bayview continues to bolster its reputation as a superior private club in the GTA.

With member comfort the top priority, a large portion of the renovation focused on enhancing the outdoor dining and poolside setting.

After an initial site visit to verify post placement, ShadeFX manufactured and installed five custom aluminum structures with manual retractable canopies. Two attached 14’ x 12’ structures cover the pool deck bar with the three remaining structures, each 18’ x 16’, providing retractable coverage for valued members as they revel over meals and drinks.

Taking advantage of ShadeFX’s custom options, the structures stand 10’ tall and are painted Iron Grey to complement the accompanying furniture. The retractable canopies are manufactured with a fire retardant, waterproof Bone Arcade FR fabric.
