Contracted to update the exterior of this home on Lake Simcoe, Fayn Homes transformed the once blue and white coastal cottage to a sleek modern lakefront home. Boasting a large backyard with scenic lake views, two shade structures were built to maximize outdoor living. Three retractable canopies tie the two spaces together.

ShadeFX customized a 12’ x 12’ manual shade on the back deck, protecting the outdoor living space. Two manual canopies each measuring 20’ x 12’ are located on the lakefront pergola. The Sunbrella Taupe canopies protect from the afternoon sun.
