When it comes to modernized community living, few compare to real estate developers, Prometheus. They believe that happy neighbors help keep their residencies vibrant and friendly.

To promote this mission, the group develops common areas that welcome social gathering. As showcased at 100 Moffett and Montrose Apartments, no two spaces are exactly the same. However, they all deliver a warm setting, where relationships are born, and neighbors become family.

Prometheus contracted builders Clarum Communities to bring their Biltmore Cupertino vision to life. Clarum is experienced in designing attractive communities, using the highest quality and most innovative products, making them the perfect partner for the job.

In the center of the luxury apartment block is the clubhouse. It serves as a hub that opens up to an expansive communal area. Residents can use the space how they see fit whether it be for work or enjoying some downtime lounging by the pool.

The space further expands into clusters of outdoor dining, with large grills for cooking al fresco meals. Adjacent to the dining area is a spot where residents can take refuge from the California sun. Two large sectionals provide yet another nook to hang out with friends. They can be moved and arranged to fit under the large wooden pergola depending on group size and activity.

To achieve maximum comfort and usability in this space, Clarum Communities sought ShadeFX for dynamic retractable shades. Using a waterproof and fire-retardant Ferrari fabric in Metallic Silver, ShadeFX covered almost 340 square feet with two rope operated canopies.

The layout offers residents a number of facilities and spaces that helps encourage community living. The addition of retractable shades on the outdoor lounge area not only makes this space usable all year round but possibly the best place to relax outside, unhindered by rain or sun.

We can help transform your outdoor areas into functional and engaging spaces. Let’s get started.
