This second floor walkout is in Toronto's Beach area. It overlooks a beautiful park with a vista of the city's spectacular skyline.

Because it faces southwest, it was uninhabitable from June to September. Now it is a comfortable oasis rain or shine.

Note the slope in the canopy to shed rain toward the street.
